Ukraine becomes the only country that has always made it into Eurovision final

Ukraine has become the only country that has always made it to the Eurovision final, except for the founding countries, which automatically enter the final.

Ukraine made its debut at the 2003 Eurovision Song Contest. She was presented by singer Oleksandr Ponomariov with the song "Hasta la Vista," where he took 14th place.

In 2004, singer Ruslana wins with the song "Wild Dances."

In 2005, the band GreenJolly took 19th place with the song "Together We Are Many."

In 2006, singer Tina Karol won 7th place in the final with the song "Show me your love."

In 2007, Verka Serduchka took 2nd place in the final with the song "Dancing Lasha Tumbai."

In 2008, Ani Lorak also won 2nd place with the song "Shady Lady." 

In 2009, the singer Loboda took 12th place with the song "Be My Valentine!"

In 2010, singer Alyosha won 10th place in the final with the song "Sweet People."

In 2011, singer Mika Newton took 4th place.

In 2012, the singer Gaitana won 15th place.

In 2013, singer Zlata Ognevich took 3rd place.

In 2014, singer Maria Yaremchuk won 6th place.

In 2015, for the first time in the competition's history, Ukraine didn't participate in the competition.

In 2016, the singer Jamala won with the song "1944."

In 2017, the band "O.Torvald" took 24th place with the song "Time."

In 2018, singer Melovin took 17th place in the final.

In 2019, Ukraine didn't participate.

In 2020, the competition was canceled.

In 2021, the band Go_A with the song "SHUM" reached the final. Norway, Israel, Russia, Azerbaijan, Malta, Lithuania, Cyprus, Sweden, and Belgium also reached the final.
