Ministers Kryklii and Petrashko submit resignation

Minister of Economic Development, Trade, and Agriculture of Ukraine Ihor Petrashko and Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Vladyslav Kryklii submit a resignation.

"The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine received letters of resignation filed by Minister of Economic Development, Trade, and Agriculture of Ukraine Ihor Petrashko and Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Vladyslav Kryklii," Olha Tuniy, the press secretary of Verkhovna Rada Speaker Dmytro Razumkov, told journalists on the evening of May 14.

Oleksandr Kachura, MP from the Servant of the People faction, later posted on Telegram that the Verkhovna Rada would consider the resignation of Petrashko and Kryklii at an extraordinary meeting on Tuesday, May 18.

As he noted, the main candidate for the post of Minister of Economic Development, Trade, and Agriculture is incumbent Chairman of State Tax Service of Ukraine Oleksiy Lyubchenko, for the post of Minister of Infrastructure – Head of the State Agency of Automobile Roads of Ukraine (Ukravtodor) Oleksandr Kubrakov.
