Blinken's visit to Ukraine: new details revealed at Ministry of Foreign Affairs
During his visit to Kyiv, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will discuss Ukraine's support in defense, as well as assistance to the Ukrainian economy, trade and investment issues, and much more.
The Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Yevhen Yenin told about it on the air of Ukraine 24.
"We see the visit as a signal of firm support from the United States in countering Russian hybrid aggression," he said.
The Deputy Foreign Minister noted that the visit of the US Secretary of State to Ukraine "is the first full-fledged bilateral visit to the European capital."
"We look forward to strengthening our support, both in the political and defense fields, from our main security ally. We look forward to furthering US support for reform, as well as the modernization of all spheres of life, especially those related to national security. But we'll also talk about intensifying cooperation in trade and investment, we'll talk about increasing the potential of cooperation within international organizations, technical assistance mechanisms for the Ukrainian economy," Yenin said.
