The US Secretary of State will arrive in Ukraine next week
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said in an interview that he would leave for Ukraine next week.
Blinken stated this in an interview with CBS, Ukrainska Pravda reports.
"There are more forces on the border with Ukraine than ever since 2014 when Russia actually invaded," he said.
The interview announcement, which will be shown on TV on Sunday, refers to Blinken's statement about the withdrawal of part of the Russian troops accumulated on the Ukrainian border.
The US Secretary of State clarified it was not possible to claim that the withdrawal of Russian troops from the Ukrainian borders guaranteed the complete security of Ukraine and that Vladimir Putin's intentions couldn't be predicted.
He also announced that he would arrive in Ukraine next week.
As Rubryka reported, on April 27, the administration of US President Joe Biden was preparing to send Secretary of State Antony Blinken to Ukraine in May.
