Zelenskyi comments on statement on Russian troops withdrawing
President Volodymyr Zelenskyi says that reducing the number of Russian troops at the border is proportionally reducing tensions.
He wrote about this on Twitter.
"Reducing the number of troops on our border proportionally reduces tensions. Ukraine is always ready but welcomes any steps to reduce the military presence and de-escalate the situation in Donbas. Ukraine seeks peace. Thank you to international partners for their support," he said.
