Zelenskyi signs a decree imposing sanctions on several Russian companies
President Volodymyr Zelenskyi has introduced a decision of the National Security and Defense Council, which provides for sanctions against several Russian companies.
Presidential Decree №140/2021 of April 3 states.
"To apply special personal economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) to 1) individuals under Annex 1; 2) legal entities under Annex 2," the document states.
The list of legal entities subject to sanctions includes 79 companies.
In particular, Rossotrudnichestvo, Snabcom LLC, VOLGA-DNEPR MM XVI LLC, Spetsagregat Plant LLC, Molot-Mechanika Plant LLC, Sevmormash-2M LLC, Zviozdochka Special Production and Technical Base JSC.
It also includes JSC "Dalzavod Ship Repair Center," LLC "Sevastopol Aggregate Plant," JSC "514 Aircraft Repair Plant," JSC "322 Aircraft Repair Plant," LLC "Southern Tobacco Company" and others.
Also, the Swiss company "Prometey Swiss Sa," the Polish companies "Binboro Sp. Z.o.o." and "Oil House Sp. Z.o.o," the Estonian company "Agro White Company OU" and UAE company "Black Sea Commodities Trading Limited" got under sanctions.
The NSDC sanctions affected companies associated with Vadim Alperin, Volodymyr Didukh, Aleksandr Chudakov, Oleksandr Kravchenko, Viktor Sherman, Ivan Bokalo, Valerii Peresoliak, Yurii Kushnir, Orest Firmaniuk, and Oleksandr Erimichuk, against whom personal sanctions were imposed.
As reported by Rubryka, according to Zelenskyi, Ukraine loses 300 billion hryvnias through smuggling.
