Ukraine will receive another million doses of Pfizer vaccine - Liashko
Ukraine has received confirmation from the global COVAX vaccine distribution initiative that another million doses of Pfizer vaccine will be released.
The chief sanitary doctor, Victor Liashko stated it, Ukrainska Pravda reports.
"Today we received additional confirmation from the global COVAX initiative to provide Ukraine with another one million doses of Pfizer vaccine, which will be delivered in tranches by the end of June."
To recap, Ukraine will soon receive 117,000 doses of Pfizer within COVAX.
Liashko declined to name a specific date because "there are numerous variables." According to him, technically, everything has been resolved and will depend on how UNICEF will bring the vaccine to Ukraine.
