Russia declares a "threat of a forced scenario" in Donbas
The Kremlin expressed "serious concern" over the escalation of the conflict in Donbas and warned of the threat of a "dangerous forced scenario."
According to the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, Dmitriy Peskov, "the current escalation threatens to disrupt the extremely dangerous forced scenario."
According to him, the members of the Normandy 4 — Russia, Germany, and France — are negotiating possible talks between the leaders of the three countries, which will discuss Donbas.
The meeting is considered outside the Normandy format.
