"The government has made changes to the procedure for crossing the state border of Ukraine. In particular, foreigners can cross it with an insurance policy, and a PCR test made no later than 72 hours. Besides, the clause when the State Border Guard Service has the right to check if a person installed the application "Dii Vdoma" who falls under self-isolation has been regulated, Demchenko said in a comment.

According to a government decree, Ukrainian citizens returning home from abroad must go into self-isolation for 14 days, regardless of the zone of the country from which they enter.

Ukrainians who have a negative PCR test for coronavirus on their hands no later than 48 hours later are exempt from self-isolation.
