Ukraine attracts the world's leading operator to the Olvia seaport concession: what's known
As part of the concession of the specialized "Olvia" seaport, in Mykolaiv, "Ukrzaliznytsia" will cooperate with LLC QTERMINALS OLVIA.

As reported, it's a project company of the Qatari port operator QTerminals W.L.L.
Infrastructure Minister Vladislav Kriklii said Qatar's QTerminals was the world's leading operator and operates Qatar's largest trading port, Hamad, worth more than $7 billion.
"Within this concession, the project company of the concessionaire LLC QTerminals Olvia and Ukrzaliznytsia will cooperate to implement unimpeded and regular rail transportation in the city of Mykolaiv and their further development," he said.
To recap, the agreement on transfer in the concession of the specialized seaport "Olvia" in Mykolaiv, was concluded on August 20, 2020.
According to it, the Qatari company QTerminals invests about UAH 3.4 billion in the port's development. Besides, at least UAH 80 million will be invested in local infrastructure.
