Kuleba: Kremlin failed to promote "Russian world" in Ukraine with tanks, so it won't do it with soft power
Russia cannot promote the "Russian world" in Ukraine by soft power, as it couldn't do with tanks, because Ukrainians are defending their right to diversity and freedom in all languages.
The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, stated this on Twitter.
"Russia has failed to promote the "Russian world" in Ukraine with tanks. And it can't do it with soft power. "Russian world" is a monotony where there's no one but the Russians. The Ukrainian world is diversity and freedom to be yourself. That's why it's protected by Ukrainian-speaking, Russian-speaking, and all other Ukrainians," the diplomat wrote.
