OPZZH initiates impeachment procedure against Zelenskyi
The Opposition Platform – For Life faction is preparing to launch an impeachment procedure against Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi.
People's Deputy Vadym Rabinovych made such a statement from the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada.
The reason was the earlier blocking of TV channels 112 Ukraine, NewsOne, and ZIK.
"We are initiating the procedure of impeachment of President Zelenskyi, who mocked the voters and the country. Today, fascism in our country has received its color, green," Rabinovych said.
As reported, Zelenskyi imposed sanctions on Medvedchuk's ally Kozak and his TV channels for 5 years.
The TV channels announced their "intention to fight for their right to speak for Ukrainians and be on the air."
In addition, the National Security and Defense Council blocked a company with 7 private planes, including Kozak's personal plane.
