Insider reports.
An autonomous non-profit organization "Forensic Laboratory of Audiovisual Documents" (St. Petersburg, Russia) commissioned by the Present Time TV channel conducted the study.
The examination compared Zaitsev's voice during his public speeches with the recording. Experts have concluded that it's the voice of the same person.
Earlier, the media reported that back in 2012, the secret services of Belarus on the orders of Lukashenko discussed the possibility of blowing up Pavel Sheremet with an explosive which was carried out in 2016.
Ihor Makar later said that he testified to Ukrainian law enforcement officers in Kyiv in the case of the journalist's murder.
