Cabinet of Ministers simplifies immigration to Ukraine for foreign investors
The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution on simplifying immigration to Ukraine for foreign investors.
The relevant draft resolution is posted on the government's website.
According to the explanatory note to the document, its purpose is to expand the circle of foreign investors who may obtain an immigration permit to Ukraine and to improve the procedure for considering their applications for a permit.
As noted, foreigners and stateless persons who transfer funds in foreign currency from their own foreign account to the account of foreign enterprises established by them in Ukraine, have the opportunity to apply for an immigration permit to Ukraine.
The decree will also simplify the procedure for applying for a temporary residence permit.
