President Volodymyr Zelenskyi states that cooperation with the International Monetary Fund is crucial to ensure macroeconomic stability in Ukraine.

It's stated in the President's address to the first international conference "Ukraine: an investment haven in times of change."

"For us, the key task for 2021 is to ensure the rule of law, increase investor confidence, and protect their rights. It's also important for continuing cooperation with the International Monetary Fund, which is crucial for macroeconomic stability in Ukraine," Zelenskyi said.

He stressed that during 2020, Ukraine had implemented "historic reforms, supporting the business community."

According to the President, this year they adopted the legislation on creating the land market, established transparent tax rules, and provided affordable loans to support the business.

Also, Zelensky said, they achieved success in privatization and signed the first concession agreements.

He also reminded that they had launched the digital platform "Diia" for business and citizens, which, according to the head of state, "put Ukraine on a par with the world's leading countries in providing digital services and e-passports."

"We will continue to create a favorable environment in Ukraine so that businesses can invest, expand, and create new jobs," Zelenskyi promised.
