Stepanov: lockdown plan will be ready tomorrow
The authorities will decide on January lockdown on December 9.
Health Minister Maksym Stepanov stated this on the air of the Ukraine 24 channel, answering questions about what will stay open during the strict quarantine.
"We are finalizing the document tomorrow. The last consultations with colleagues are taking place right now. First, the Ministry of Health develops it and sends decisions to other colleagues. We decide, and they endorse or change the document. I'd like to see the finalized document, and then we'll tell everyone," he said.
Stepanov explained what he knew about the lockdown at that moment.
"Now I can say for sure that transport will work. We'll not close either public transport or air services. Everything related to transport will not be closed under strict quarantine," he said.
