Prime Minister suspects there'll be no toughening of quarantine in December
Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal suspects that quarantine measures will not be toughened in December.
He said this during an hour of questions to the government in the Verkhovna Rada.
"We can assume that during December there will be no need to strengthen quarantine measures. Next, we'll talk about January," Shmyhal said.
He also noted that on the morning of December 4, Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov said that the medical system could withstand the load in December, although it's extremely high, and it's hard for doctors to work.
Health Minister Maksym Stepanov said that the Ministry of Health would not recommend a strict lockdown because of coronavirus until the end of December, because we see a steady increase in coronavirus cases without sharp leaps. According to Stepanov, our medical system will fully withstand the current load because of the coronavirus.
