Today, representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers responsible for preventing the spread of coronavirus, including the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Interior Ministry, and the National Security and Defense Council, will meet to predict the epidemic and determine whether and when they should introduce a full lockdown.

They will announce the results as soon as possible to inform people in advance and prepare from the point of view of the economy and the provision of services to the population, the Office of the President reports.

"We need to make realistic predictions to understand whether our health care system and our economy can withstand the burden. We have developed an economic care program; we are constantly improving the health care system. We need both businesses and people to be prepared if the government believes strict quarantine cannot be avoided," the president said.

Meanwhile, they discussed the latest data on developments. As reported, the funds for purchasing antigen tests have been unblocked since Monday and their purchase will start today.

In the absence of a family doctor or the impossibility of meeting with a doctor, Ukrainians can call the hotline of the Ministry of Health, where they will receive a consultation; if needed, a mobile team will come to them, Health Minister Maksym Stepanov stated.

The head of the National Police, Ihor Klymenko, informed that law enforcement officers had drawn up 8,600 reports for violating the mask regime.
