Shmyhal listed key priorities of state budget draft
Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal identified the key priorities of the state budget draft.
He wrote about it on Facebook.
"We have started to implement a plan to rebuild the country and use all available opportunities for the state's development. And one of the steps is the adoption of #opportunities_budget. Opportunities for human capital development, for industry, for small and medium businesses," he said.
Among the key priorities of this draft budget are:
📌 Medicine and education. We plan to allocate a record amount of UAH 156 billion for the medical system, which is UAH 27.5 billion more than in 2020. We will also spend a record amount of funds on education, UAH 174 billion. It's 34 billion more than in 2020.
📌 Increasing the minimum wage to UAH 6,000 from January 1 and to UAH 6,500 from July 1.
📌 Funding for the President's Big Construction program will increase by 16% to a record UAH 150 billion. A record number of roads (7,000 kilometers) will be repaired and built.
📌 Growth of social payments: a record 324 billion hryvnias.
📌 A record level of business support through lending programs (UAH 12 billion).
"We predict that next year's significant public investment and business support will allow the economy to recover quickly. And together with the country's audit, we'll present an economic vision by 2030. It's what Ukraine really needs: an economic breakthrough. We have an ambitious goal, and we have a potential for achieving it," Shmyhal concludes.
Аудит за майже 30 років незалежності України буде представлений вже цієї п'ятниці.Ґрунтовний та детальний аналіз…
