Several mass media write about several thousand people gathering for this event near the Constitutional Court.
People hold posters reading "Corrupt Tref of Ukraine," "CCU cancels declarations; Maidan is coming."
"Criminal investigations and criminal punishments must stop all relations of the CCU judges and the people who control them with Russia. Then a real clean-up of the court will happen. And after the CCU purge, the parliament, where the President has a majority, must pass a law according to which only true constitutionalists, people with a crystal reputation, people with an understanding of what the Constitution is and that they serve only Ukrainian society can get into the Constitutional Court," the organizers said.
On his part, activist Vitalii Ovcharenko noted that they should purge the Constitutional Court, but they should do this under the law and the Constitution.
Voice party deputies Kira Rudyk, Olha Stefanishyna, Yaroslav Yurchyshyn, and others also came to the demonstration.
Activists Kateryna Butko, Serhii Sternenko, Head of the Anti-Corruption Action Center Vitalii Shabunin, former People's Deputy and journalist Serhii Leshchenko, Svitlana Zalishchuk, and others are also present at the rally.

Activists also symbolically brought suitcases and a joint ticket to Rostov for the judges who voted for such a decision. In particular, they glued a poster designed as a metaphorical ticket with the image of ex-president Viktor Yanukovych and the info as on the boarding pass for the allegorical train "Kyiv-Rostov" on a metal fence in front of the court.
This symbolic ticket states that it is for a freight car. The service offered is handcuffing, and the seats are behind bars.

To recap, on October 27, the Constitutional Court repealed Art. 366-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine on criminal liability for entering inaccurate data in the declaration, and also declared the powers of the NAPC to control and verify declarations, their round-the-clock access to the register of declarations, and lifestyle monitoring unconstitutional.
The NAPC stated that the judges made the relevant decision in their own interests. According to the anti-corruption agency, two members of the CCU entered inaccurate data in their declarations and are now probably trying to avoid responsibility.
In turn, the Constitutional Court stated about "constant pressure" from anti-corruption bodies.
The State Bureau of Investigation summoned the head of the Constitutional Court, Oleksandr Tupytskyi, for questioning on November 2.
