First time in history. The Ukrainian national team defeated Spain in the League of Nations

The national football team of Ukraine defeated the team of Spain in an important match of the League of Nations with a score of 1:0. Thus, Ukraine has already earned six points in the League of Nations.

The match took place in the Olympic sports complex in Kyiv.

Victor Tsyhankov scored the winning goal in the 76th minute.

After 4 matches, the national team of Ukraine shares a 2nd-3d place with Germany. Both teams have 6 points. Spain with 7 points is first. Switzerland remains on the last step with 2 points.

It was the fourth round of the group stage of the League of Nations. Prior to that, Ukraine had one victory and two defeats. Now the Ukrainian national team is in third place in the group but has the same number of points as the German national team.

There are two more games ahead. With the teams of Switzerland and Germany.
